Vorgar universe

Fields of War

Build the map. Raise your army. Capture the last city.

A lightweight hex conquest system

Vorgar is built around simple strategic decisions: control territory, gather gold, produce units, capture mines, construct barracks and attack enemy cities. The digital game is already playable on Android as an early prototype, while the same core idea is being shaped into a future desktop alpha and a print-and-play board game.

Hex conquest

Fight over a readable hex map where expansion, borders and positioning decide the war.

💰

Simple economy

Capitals and mines generate gold. Gold builds barracks. Barracks produce armies.

🏰

Last city wins

Protect your capital and cities. Lose your last city and your kingdom falls.

🗺

Modular future

Maps can become small duels, large wars, tabletop battlefields or custom player scenarios.

Three phases of war

I

Deployment

Place new units from your capital and barracks. Reinforce the front, prepare a breakthrough or defend your last city.

II

Economy

Collect gold from your capital and mines. Build barracks on controlled fields to increase future unit production.

III

Army movement

Move armies, capture neutral fields, take enemy land and resolve battles immediately.

Print & Play adaptation

Vorgar: Border Wars

The tabletop version is planned as a simpler physical adaptation: players print hexes, build a different battlefield each time, start with a capital, gather gold, construct barracks, capture mines and fight until only one player still controls a city.

It is not meant to copy every digital feature. The board game version focuses on clean alternating turns, visible army values and fast battle resolution.

Prototype components

  • Hex tiles
  • Unit tokens: 1 / 5 / 10 / 50
  • Capital, mine and barracks tokens
  • Gold tracker
  • Combat reference sheet
  • Short rulebook

The current mobile version is an active prototype. The digital and tabletop versions will continue to evolve together.
